Seeing a need for a puzzle maker that creates puzzles accurately depicting the African-American and Hispanic cultures, Ramona Berry and Monica Dennis founded Village Works Enterprises, officially establishing it as an LLC in 2005.
Puzzled Expressions™, a line of fun greeting card puzzles that use original, colorful artwork with mass appeal, was the launching product. We are a puzzle maker that offers puzzle customization and a fundraising program, serving the needs of individuals, nonprofits, schools, businesses – anyone who has a desire to stand out from the crowd in a fun and unique way.
Village Works is founded on the third principle of the Nguzo Saba – Ujima, which means Collective Work & Responsibility. Color, culture, creativity and community are the essence of who we are and what we do. Thus, we are dedicated to promoting the creative, collective works of all cultures for the purpose of providing quality, authentic, multicultural puzzles and educational products.
In the spirit of responsibility, per the Godly principle of giving, Village Works Enterprises LLC also supports the following organizations with a 10% donation of all profits:
